Dr. Macapado did many things to the MSU System as a whole although many students cant recognized him for what he did.. but what matters most is he is not irresponsible president..
one major concern that he tries to win back again is the competent students that the msu produced. but it doesnt end here many things to mention..hehe

First.. that's the mandate of RA 1387. That's what MSU is for. That's not what Macapado did. What he actually did is to contradict that. In MSU-GEnsan alone he abolished the rights of Cultural Communities. He removed the privilege of free tuition fees to those who belong to the cultural community because he said it is immoral (delivered in TFI-MFI Consultation 2004 in MSU Gensan Gymnasium).

Second, on your point of the books in the library. Good if he did that to MSU Main because where he was, he used the money for books to buy a luxury university vehicle that doesn't even have a LOGO of the school. talk about malversation of public funds here!
